In a Teachbase survey reported on October 27, 31% of employees at Russian companies said they feared losing the ability to work without AI. The online study covered 3,500 people across small, medium and large businesses.

Another 22% worried about corporate data leaks and 17% about liability for AI mistakes. These responses measure concerns, not demonstrated skill loss.

For employers, the findings argue against judging AI adoption by speed alone. FinFly’s editorial view favors human review, clear data-sharing rules and regular independent problem-solving practice. Otherwise, time saved can become time spent correcting errors.
