Azerbaijan plans to create flexible working time models based on international experience. The issue is reflected in the "Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy for 2026-2030" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the plan, during this period, draft regulatory legal acts on the application of flexible working time models should be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities. The implementation of the program is entrusted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
