The United States has doubled the funding for the TRIPP+ Entrepreneurship Support Fund, increasing it from $201 million to $402 million.

This is evidenced by data from the official US government spending database.

According to the published information, on January 30, 2026, the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US State Department awarded a grant of $201 million to the TRIPP+ Enterprise Fund. The program was set to run until December 31, 2036.

On July 16, the grant terms were revised: the funding amount was increased to $402 million, while the program completion date remained unchanged.

It is worth recalling that the TRIPP+ Entrepreneurship Support Fund was established on January 26, 2026, two weeks after the meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington.

It should be noted that the TRIPP+ Enterprise Fund and TRIPP Development Company are separate entities. The latter was created for the development and implementation of an infrastructure project passing through southern Armenia.
