A well-informed military source told the Fars news agency that the strategically important waterway is under full control and no vessel is allowed to pass through the strait without Iran's permission.
It is reported that Iran's Armed Forces have full control over the Strait of Hormuz and will take immediate decisive action against any vessels that attempt to pass through despite warnings.
The source also said that three oil tankers were detained last night. It is claimed that despite repeated warnings from the IRGC Navy, these tankers continued moving along an illegal and dangerous route.
According to available data, the tankers were stopped by operational forces and their further movement was prevented.
