Khalg Bank OJSC has increased its authorized capital by 30,494,520 manats, bringing it to 477,094,000 manats. The capital increase was carried out by raising the par value of the Bank's shares.
The increase in authorized capital will contribute to the sustainable development and further growth of the Bank, as well as expand its financing capabilities, supporting the achievement of the goals set out in the Bank's Development Strategy.
It is worth recalling that Khalg Bank, founded in 2004 and one of the country's reliable financial institutions, posted the following results for the last quarter: the Bank's assets amounted to 2.832 billion manats, the loan portfolio stood at 1.843 billion manats, deposits totaled 1.921 billion manats, and net profit reached 13.5 million manats.
