Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem and the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has simplified access to USD deposit and withdrawal options for users in Azerbaijan. The feature is implemented through BPay Global B.S.C.(c), a Binance group company licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
Users can now directly deposit USD and transfer funds between fiat and cryptocurrency wallets, streamlining the interaction between traditional and digital assets.
Deposits are available via SWIFT transfers (with no deposit fee from Binance), as well as through Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. USD funds are held in a regulated fiat e-wallet and can be used across any section of the platform.
Users can top up their accounts in US dollars using cards issued by local banks, as well as via SWIFT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. To do so, users need to open a BPay account in the Binance app and select their preferred deposit method. Deposits via bank card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are credited instantly, while SWIFT transfers take up to three business days.
"We believe the future of finance is built on connection, not separation. By developing solutions that bridge traditional finance and digital assets, Binance makes modern financial opportunities simpler, closer, and more accessible for millions of users," said Kirill Khomyakov, Binance Regional Head for Central Asia and Africa.
