According to FinFly, the shareholders' meeting will take place on June 24 at 10:00 AM at the bank's head office located at 21 Khagani Street, Baku.
Shareholders will be asked to decide on the bank's development strategy and related capital structure. The activities of the bank's subsidiaries – Baki Sigorta and Respublika Invest – will also be reviewed.
One of the main agenda items will be increasing the authorized capital of the credit institution through the issuance of preferred shares. In this regard, shareholders will be asked to approve corresponding amendments to the bank's charter.
Another item will be the approval of the financial institution's Remuneration Policy.
Recall that Bank Respublika was established in 1992. Its authorized capital is 73.961 million manats. 63.32% of the bank's shares belong to Natig Guliyev (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), 18.46% to Elchin Guliyev, 8.47% to Namig Guliyev, 5.45% to Shakir Ragimov, 4.22% to SIDT, and 0.08% to other individuals.
