Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers has introduced changes to the Regulations on the 'Electronic Credit and Guarantee' information system. Accordingly, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decree.
According to the decree, the information system is a system that ensures the electronic execution of procedures related to the implementation of support mechanisms for business entities through authorized organizations, based on the 'Procedure for Providing State Guarantees for Loans Issued to Business Entities Operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan (except for the city of Baku and the Absheron District) and Subsidizing Interest Rates on Loans', approved by the presidential decree of January 9, 2023, and in accordance with the Charter of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund OJSC.
