"The ministry's centralized electronic information system, consisting of 18 subsystems and 4 registries, operates in integration with the information databases of about 80 structures. One of the important achievements of the electronic development program implemented in recent years in the field of providing state social services has been the creation of mechanisms for providing these services in a proactive manner," the ministry said.

It was noted that since 2019, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has created more than 50 proactive services. As a result, pensions, benefits, and scholarships are assigned to citizens through the electronic system without the need for them to apply, collect, or submit documents. Over the past period, the ministry has provided 1.5 million proactive assignment services.

The ministry also recalled that the e-sosial portal, as part of efforts to transition digital government services to a single centralized system, was integrated into the mygov platform and completely ceased operations on May 1. Thus, the ministry became the first government body whose electronic services were fully integrated into the mygov platform. In addition, the process of transitioning to the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of social services has already begun.
