The State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan is introducing a new model for handling citizens' appeals, ensuring faster and more transparent service through a 'single window' principle. Citizens will be able to create a personal account on the MyCulture portal without visiting service points, use electronic services, submit appeals online, and track their status in real time. The introduction of electronic services, by integrating processes into the digital environment, helps increase efficiency, minimize time costs, and ensure transparent and traceable management of appeals.
In addition, citizens' appeals are accepted at the Citizens' Reception Center located at 84 Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, Baku (Government House, 4th entrance, 1st floor). The Center's activities aim to expand citizens' access to electronic services, encourage submissions through the MyCulture digital platform (https://my.culture.az), ensure prompt and transparent service delivery, minimize contact between citizens and officials, and increase citizen satisfaction.
Visitors to the Citizens' Reception Center receive technical and informational support from 'Heritage Friend' (İrs Dostu) volunteers on using the electronic system, as well as assistance in preparing applications and other necessary documents.
These measures are implemented in accordance with the 'Culture of Azerbaijan – 2040' Concept and are aimed at increasing the accessibility of cultural services for citizens.
The State Service invites citizens to submit their appeals through the digital system.
