The AI for Good training program in artificial intelligence, implemented in partnership between PASHA Bank and Div Academy, has successfully concluded.
The program aimed to develop digital skills among young people aged 18 to 23 who are without parental care. Out of 457 applications, 20 participants were selected and received theoretical and practical knowledge in artificial intelligence over three months. During the training, they worked on various projects and had the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in practice.
As part of the project, development sessions were also organized with the participation of PASHA Bank employees. Bank specialists conducted seminars on soft skills development, project management, personal and corporate branding, digital marketing, strategic communications, and crisis management. These sessions contributed to both the professional and personal development of the participants.
Human capital development and support for youth potential are among the key areas of PASHA Bank's corporate social responsibility activities. The AI for Good project has been another confirmation of this commitment.
PASHA Bank will continue to support initiatives aimed at developing education, innovation, and professional growth of the younger generation.
