On July 10, 2026, the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) launches the next stage of bond issuance. At this stage, the Bank will present the 7th issue of bonds on the capital market. The total volume of the issue will be 5,000,000 AZN.

The nominal value of one bond is 100 AZN, and the currency of the issue is the Azerbaijani manat. The bonds are issued for a term of 24 months, with an annual coupon rate of 10%. The issue falls under the category of interest-bearing and unsecured bonds.

Coupon payments will be made monthly. The placement of bonds will be carried out by subscription. The subscription period will be 3 calendar weeks. The functions of underwriter and market maker for this issue are performed by ABB Invest.

Through this issue, ABB Bank aims to further strengthen its sustainable activity in the capital market, as well as offer investors an accessible and reliable investment instrument with the potential for stable returns.

It should be noted that the Bank's previous bond issue, conducted in June 2026, also ended successfully. The issue with a total volume of 10 million AZN was fully placed, with the volume of applications from investors almost twice exceeding the supply. This once again confirms the high interest in ABB Bank's bonds.
