To improve the efficiency of emergency medical services, especially in areas with heavy traffic and during peak hours, TƏBİB has started implementing a new service model – Ambucycle.
This model, under which motorcycles are used for emergency medical services for the first time in the country, aims to ensure faster arrival at the scene and provide medical intervention in the vital first minutes.
At the initial stage, the service model will be implemented in pilot mode in Baku.
The Ambucycle is equipped with necessary medical equipment and supplies and is operated by a specially trained paramedic.
The implementation of the Ambucycle service model will contribute to increasing the accessibility and efficiency of emergency medical services.
After evaluating the results of the pilot phase, consideration will be given to expanding the geographical scope of this service model.
