The head of state signed a decree amending the regulation on the information system, approved on January 26, 2026.

According to the decree, the system will also receive information on bank accounts of state bodies (institutions), legal entities in state ownership and those where the state holds a controlling stake (except for legal entities defined by laws regulating financial markets as entities supervised by the Central Bank), public legal entities created on behalf of the state, and other organizations receiving funds from the state budget.

In addition, when the owner exercises rights defined by regulatory legal acts, fulfills obligations, or provides public services, if necessary, registry data on securities issued by legal entities in state ownership and those where the state holds a controlling stake, as well as public legal entities created on behalf of the state, will be obtained directly from these legal entities.
