In the first half of 2026, 96.934 million barrels of oil were transported through the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline across Turkish territory.

As reported by FinFly.News citing BOTAŞ, this is 8.874 million barrels, or 8.4%, less than in the same period of 2025.

In June, 16.398 million barrels of oil were transported through the pipeline, which is 899,000 barrels, or 5.2%, less year-on-year.

In 2025, 206.434 million barrels of oil were transported through the BTC pipeline across Turkish territory.

The pipeline mainly transports oil from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block, condensate from the Shah Deniz field, as well as oil and condensate from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
