The amendments affect the Civil and Tax Codes, the Competition Code, as well as a number of laws regulating the activities of banks, non-bank credit organizations, insurance, licensing, entrepreneurship, agriculture, and other areas.
The amendments are aimed at bringing legislation in line with the Law on Financial Leasing.
The Law on Financial Leasing will enter into force in six months.
